The five zang-organs and six fu-organs manifest disease; are their fundamental natures the same?

They are not the same. How are they not the same? The diseases of the five zang-organs are fixed and unmoving, and the disease location does not leave its place. The diseases of the six fu-organs are like qi expanding with sound, flowing upward and downward, with no fixed location. Therefore, based on these, one can know that the fundamental natures of the five zang-organs and six fu-organs are different.
