Drunken Song on Stone-Fish Lake, with Preface (Yuan Jie, Drunken Song on Stone-Fish Lake, with Preface)
Chapter 36
Stone Fish Lake resembles Lake Dongting in scenery. In summer, when the lake is nearly brimming, Jun Mountain stands verdant and green. Strong winds have raised great waves for several days, yet they cannot stop the boats carrying wine. I hold a long ladle and sit on Baqiu Mountain, pouring wine for all those present, to dispel the melancholy in my heart.
